At MERIT, we want you to love your routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges on all items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different shade or receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new items within 5-7 business days.
